But when it’s your job as a personal trainer to motivate people and keep their “eyes on the prize”, there’s simply no way you can have an “off” day. Your clients look to you for enthusiasm and positive reinforcement to be able to give them that extra energy they need to realise their goals, so it’s wise to have a few motivational quotes in your back pocket to really get them focused on results.
